Helen Chatto

Helen Chatto has been an 美姬社区member for all of her career which has covered Victoria and the Northern Territory. She has been an active member of the Top End council for 18 years and held the position of state director for eight years. Helen is the principal of a large primary school and believes strongly in her responsibility to provide teachers with quality professional learning so they can develop their own pedagogical beliefs and have a voice in educational debates whilst enjoying educating the next generation. Helen was recognised for her contribution to the professional development of teachers receiving the Principals Australia Institute John Laing Award for Professional Development in 2016.
